REAL Leadership TRAINING

Leadership is the force that drives our clubs towards success. RILI (Rotary International Leadership Institute) in District 5810 has been developing new leadership skills in Rotarians for 6 years and  returning better equipped members to strengthen the club's future. RILI grads get connected with their clubs more deeply after attending RILI. We encourage clubs to underwrite the $250 tuition as a club investment.

RILI Tuition is $250 for Rotarians and is only $200 For Non-Rotarian Spouses.

RILI Class 33 Now Accepting Students

For six years we have limited RILI attendance to "Rotarians Only". During that time we have been requested by attendees to allow their spouse to attend with them. RILI Classes Are Now Open To Non-Rotarian spouses! And why not? The leadership skills learned at RILI work for Rotary, Business, Family and Volunteers. RILI Tuition Is Only $200 For Non-Rotarian Spouses. Rotarians and Spouses can register now. (Non-Rotarian Spouses must register separately and pay $200.00 by check.)
