Carter BloodCare’s check for $ 4,000.00 was presented to the District supporting multiple projects taking place in our District: Peace Symposium, Gala, and District Conference. It was for all of the great work that our many members & clubs in Rotary District 5810 did in and for all of the blood drives in 2013 - 2014 (1 Apr 2013 - 31 Mar 2014)

Carter BloodCare has provided sponsorships for three district events for the 2014 year. 1,000.00 for a “Ambassador Sponsorship” at the Rotary/SMU Peace Symposium, a ”, $ 1,500.00 “Bronze Sponsorship for our Humanity in Motion Gala 2014 and a $ 1,500.00 table sponsorship for our “Rotary District Conference”,
Carter BloodCare is not only keeping most of our hospitals in district 5810 supplied with blood, but also with their donations, it is also helping Rotary to continue our community service projects locally and around the world. ** Let us all DONATE blood regularly for our family friends and loved ones ** Let us give Carter Bloodcare reason to provide Rotary even greater support this upcoming year.
The check was made out to our program chair "Daniel K. Long, Sr. - Rotary district 5810 blood drive chair" who works with Carter Bloodcare. Daniel has made it clear that he did not get to keep the check. Thanks to Daniel for organizing the drives and promoting the ever ongoing need for “Blood”. Blood drive is always a simple project.
