ROTARY DISTRICT 5810 of ROTARY INTERNATIONAL

During the month of May the RYLA Committee will conduct a series of meetings around the District to inform RYLA campers and their parents about the Camp and what to expect. (The Schedule of Meetings, Dates and Clubs is displayed below.) These are quite successful in easing any concerns parents or the campers may have about embarking on this adventure.

This is the schedule of this year's meetings. We have allocated clubs to the meetings based on the club's location in the District. Please note, however, that if someone has a conflict with the assigned date, they are invited to attend any of the other meetings listed. That also applies if a camper's home is closer to a meeting other than the assigned location.

It is important for the camper and parents to attend a meeting whenever and wherever it is most convenient. It is equally important for the club chairperson sponsoring the campers to attend the same meeting in order to meet the parents and give them contact information.
