Last spring, Coppell experienced a bad wind storm that destroyed hundreds of our flags as they flew for Memorial Day. Unfortunately we had to cancel our Installation of New Officers in order to hold an emergency flag build and repair.
We finally were able to celebrate the installation of Crystal Bates as president and her new board of officers. It was joyous occasion with a singer, poetry reader and 50 people in attendance.
