Melissa Rotary observed Veterans Day with a gathering of Vets, family and neighbors. Melissa Mayor Greer spoke thanking the Veterans for their service and for allowing us to live in a Free Nation.
Pastor Ryan Ross of City Church gave the Invocation. Pastor Ross is a Marine Corp Veteran. One of the neighbors brought her two daughters who held up signs expressing thanks to our Veterans. The Flags in the background are Rotary Flags set up by the City Veteran's Memorial, the establishment of the Rotarians spearheaded and funded.
