The Plano West Rotary Club would like your help in advertising our Plano senior scholarship opportunity. Graduating seniors that attend a PISD school or any another school system based out of Plano is eligible to apply. If in doubt, have the student apply anyway.
Every year we assist Plano seniors in continuing their education by awarding 3 – 5 two thousand dollar ($2,000.00) scholarships. This is a senior’s invitation to apply for one of these scholarships.
In order to apply, it is necessary for the senior to submit this Plano West Rotary Club Scholarship Application by midnight on Friday, May 1st, 2020. They need to include two (2) letters of recommendation in support of their application.
The Plano West Rotary Club Scholarship Committee will evaluate all applications and finalists will be selected for interviews with the committee, which will take place at the end of May or early June. A premium will be placed on students with a strong involvement in Rotary & Interact activities, community service and includes relatives of Rotarians.
