Preston Trails Rotary Club of Celina and Gunter would like to recognize Bobby Apple for perfect Rotary attendance for 25 years.
Rotary has been a staple in this tall Texan’s life for 28 years. Bobby and Cathy, junior high sweethearts, have been married 44 years and along with their two sons, have three grandchildren. Conversations around the Friday night dinner table focused on stories of the Rotary guest speaker and program. Their two sons were always eager to hear Dad describe these unique stories.
Bobby is a Commercial Director for Keller Williams in his hometown of the booming Celina/North Texas area. He has been a Realtor and Broker for more than three decades and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1989.
After 18 years in the McKinney Rotary Club, Celina City leadership asked this Paul Harris Fellow if he would start a Rotary Club in his hometown. He is the Founding member and First President of Preston Trail Rotary Club established in 2008. Over the years, Bobby has contributed countless hours serving the community and is the perfect illustration of “Service Above Self”.
