The 149th International Rortary Convention takes place in Seoul, Korea from May 28 until June 1, 2016. This year’s convention program offers attendees an outstanding combination of information, inspiration, and entertainment. You’ll hear about new initiatives for the organization.  You’ll have the chance to make a positive difference with a hands-on service project.

Participate in pre-convention activities
Even before the convention officially begins, you’re invited to attend special events.  Connect with young leaders at the Rotaract Pre-convention and share ideas at the Youth Exchange Officers meeting.  Attend the World Water Summit to learn about the latest water and sanitation initiatives.

It’s Korea! Come early to:
 • Stay at a temple to relieve the stress of travel
 • Tour Korea with local Rotary members
 • Choose from a variety of health screenings and acupuncture therapies
And you’ll delight in unique cultural experiences.  Plan now to attend.

Attend Host Organization Committee events
As honored guests of Korean Rotary members, you’ll enjoy special experiences throughout your stay.  The Host Organization Committee is planning unforgettable events that will immerse you in Seoul’s distinct culture, including musical and dance performances by local artists.  Check back often to see what the HOC has planned for you.
