The Rotary Club of Dallas is pleased to announce that the 17th  Annual Salute to America’s Veterans Committee is in the final preparation stages for the event on November 10th, 11:00am – 1:15pm at the Frontiers of Flight Museum.  
The 17th Annual Salute to America’s Veterans is hosted by the club’s Rotarians and will be a Hybrid event (In-Person and Virtual).  The event will feature Ross Perot Jr., as the Keynote Speaker.   The 1st Cavalry Divisional Choir from Ft. Hood, Texas will be performing live Patriotic Songs and the Armed Forces Medley, also known as the Armed Forces Salute.

The event has become a Dallas premiere Veterans Day event, with the primary objective of honoring the many Veterans who have served our great country and the Military Men and Women who are still serving.  Since it inception, it has had over 6,600 attendees, and honored over 3,200 Veterans.  Additionally, through it many sponsors the event has raised over $579K in funds for the its beneficiary local organizations, the USO DFW and the GW Bush Institute Military Service Initiative.  

If you are a Rotary Club in District 5810 and looking for a Veterans Day event for your program, please plan on participating In-Person or via the Internet.  Once the LINK has been established for the Hybrid event, it will be published on the websites for District 5810 and for the Rotary Club of Dallas.  Tickets for the In-Person event are available now on the Rotary Club of Dallas website – www.dallasrotary.org/sav . The event includes a plated lunch, Patriotic songs, and an opportunity to visit the Frontiers of Flight Museum pre and post the event.  We can't wait to see you there!
