Amy Bosway and Lori Crider represented the soon to charter cause based Rotary Club of Suicide Prevention and Brain Health e-Club in a service project with Dallas Off-road Bicycle Association (DORBA) to prepare the trails for the upcoming mountain bike race at Big Cedar Wilderness in Dallas.
The main focus was trimming the trails and cutting all the face-slappers. We also needed to remove all the pink and orange flagging tape that was hanging on the trees at different loops as well as pick up any trash along the way.

We enjoyed working with the community on a project that we believe also highlights some important ways we can affect our mental/brain health since mental health is brain health. Serving others, spending time in the outdoors, exercising, soaking in the sun for some natural vitamin D while socializing with others deliver more health benefits that we realize!
