The Rotary Club of Dallas donated $1000 to ShelterBox for their efforts in humanitarian support to Ukranians. Shelterbox will provide lifesaving aid for families affected by the Ukraine crisis.
The day after Russia invaded Ukraine, The Rotary Club of Dallas presented a check to ShelterBox for $1,000, to support its mission of keeping families together who are displaced by conflict. Subsequently a second donation of $1000 was made to ShelterBox fto further their efforts in life-sustaining humanitarian support to displaced Ukranian refugees. ShelterBox has been nominated twice for the Nobel Peace Prize (2018 and 2019) for its work in Syria and Lake Chad Basin. It is now responding to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.
